How to use your voucher
Using your Spa Ireland gift vouchers is very easy but here are some tips which we hope will make it even easier.
Where can I use my voucher?
Your Spa Ireland gift voucher can be used in any of the properties which feature on spa-ireland.com. This list may change from time to time so check out the site before you decide where to use it.
How long is my voucher valid for?
It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Does my voucher have to be used for spa treatments?
No, you can use it for accommodation and spa packages too. Using the voucher against non-spa or spa package related services (products, meals) is at the discretion of each property but is usually not a problem (please do check in advance).
How do I make a booking using my Spa Ireland gift voucher?
You should make your booking directly with the spa and/or property which you choose. If accommodation is required, ask to speak with reservations. If it is spa treatments only, ask to be connected to the spa. Details for each property are on the spa-ireland.com site on each properties profile pages (see “Connect To Property”). You should always say you have a Gift Voucher up front as this allows us to check the validity and helps us to administer your booking.
What do I need to show at the property?
You should present your gift voucher when you arrive and let the property know that you intend using it. Do not wait until you are leaving, this makes it hard for the property to administer your stay.
Can I use the voucher in more than one property?
For vouchers which exceed a value of €500.00 we will facilitate this. It can get very messy going beyond 2 stays, so we limit it to a maximum of 2 stays per voucher.
Can I use the voucher for an amount greater than the voucher itself?
Absolutely, you can pay any excess directly to the property or spa any way you choose.
If I spend less than the value of the voucher can I get a cash refund?
No, regrettably we do not offer cash refunds on any unused values.
What happens if I lose my voucher?
Call Spa Ireland and we will verify the value and whether or not is has been presented. Once we are satisfied it is lost, we will cancel the voucher and re-issue a new one, though the valid dates will remain identical to the original voucher purchase.
Can someone else use my voucher if I give it to him or her?
Strictly speaking, vouchers are not transferable and are issued to a named recipient but if there are exceptional circumstances, we will amend the recipient name and ensure that that person can use the voucher.
Can I use the voucher in a spa which is not featured on spa-ireland.com?
No, we work with a great selection of partner properties, which we are happy to recommend for your enjoyment. Our Gift Vouchers may be used in any property which is featured on spa-ireland.com.
