Temple has 23 bedrooms located in the beautiful cloistered spa building with an internal garden and country views. All are decorated to the highest standard with king sized beds and spacious ensuite bathrooms. Two luxurious suites, the Slieve Bloom and the Cnocastia, offer the highest standard of accommodation, each equipped with Jacuzzis and balconies with panoramic views. The bedrooms are designed around a central courtyard and garden, subtly echoing the site’s previous existence as a monastic settlement. With tall ceilings and flooded with natural light, the beauty of natural fabrics and textures is emphasised by a soothing palette of colours throughout using specific themes such as Hawthorn, Honeysuckle, Lilac, Heather and Silver Birch.


The Garden Room Restaurant offers a fresh approach to food. As a reflection of Temple’s approach to everything, the food and drink produced is of the very highest quality. Only the best local produce, organic where possible, are used taking these fine ingredients and doing the simple things well. Temple cook seasonally, using a huge variety of fresh vegetables, fish and lean meat, beans, pulses and nuts and this innovative flavoursome food is complemented by the organic wine collection because at Temple you can still indulge. Always conscious of each guests well-being and of their needs while spending time at Temple, menus are tailored to ensure that each guest, no matter how long their stay, experiences the best available from the kitchen.
